  1. What is a compensation and classification study?
    • A compensation and classification study is a tool to conduct an overall compensation and classification analysis, to identify inequities, if they exist, as well as guage salary competiveness in a specific region and/or by skill and responsibility. This tool provides the Department of Human Resources the opportunity to maximize the organization’s ability to achieve and maintain a competitive edge in a constantly changing environment. This means providing a working environment that fosters highly productive outcomes and satisfaction with working conditions.The outcome of this survey is a recommendation.
