Customized Training

     GSU Organization Development Learning is available to assist you in the development of customized classes to meet the specific needs of your department. We can:
  • Help you define your departmental training needs and assist you in determining possible courses of action.
  • Provide guidance throughout the trainer selection and training delivery processes.
  • Offer program coordination and instructional support services, based on your specific needs.
  • Assist you with all logistical details, including registration, room and equipment setup, assembly and distribution of class materials, and all related record keeping.
  • Help you determine if your workplace issues should be addressed through means other than training.
