In-Range Salary Adjustment

An in-range adjustment is an increase to base pay within the employee’s existing pay band. This may be due to additional duties that do not warrant a full reclassification, market/retention pressure, etc. Below you can find the procedure related to this adjustment as well as the required documentation.
