Student (Workers) Employees

HOW DO I RECORD TIME AS A STUDENT (WORKER) EMPLOYEE?

As a student employee, you will use the “Web Clock (on computer)” or “Time Clock (swipe on time clock)” function to record your time worked. This will be determined by how you entered time in ADP (if you swiped a time clock before, you will now swipe the new TCP time clocks with your Georgia Southern Eagle ID. If you time-punched on a computer in ADP, you will now use the web clock functionality in OneUSG Connect. Examples of each are below.

The following videos and job aids provide you with the information you need on submitting time worked, viewing time recorded, viewing payable time and information for those working multiple jobs.
