Our goal is to foster a positive work environment by providing guidance and assistance to employees and managers in administering Georgia Southern’s policies and procedures. Through doing so, we remain dedicated to promoting a cohesive, effective, and high-performing work environment while remaining focused on the Mission, Vision, and Values of Georgia Southern.
Essentially, Employee Relations is concerned with preventing and resolving employee issues that may affect work situations. We also provide information on Alternative Dispute Resolution, Mediation, and Grievance procedures. HR professionals are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to speak with you confidentially about individual or organizational needs.
