Professional Development and Employee Engagement (PDEE) offers workshops that are tailored to the individual needs of your department. PDEE professionals readily customize unique programs based on departmental interviews and needs assessments. These workshops capture the goals and direction that each department is trying to attain, as well as tackle various skills that may need specific attention.

Length and frequency will be determined for each individual departmental program on an “as needed” basis.
