Professional Development and Employee Engagement provides services that help meet the strategic and operational needs of the University. We provide consultation to divisions/departments, teams and individuals to help implement effective action plans and appropriate solutions for strategic alignment, learning and development and employee relations support. Our approach is to blend organization development concepts with personal learning/development strategies that align job functions and human relations, to improve teamwork, increase productivity and enhance operational effectiveness.
The scope and specific type of service we provide is determined through a collaborative process. We establish and support each relationship by clearly defining goals, maintaining focus of the desired achievements and taking the necessary actions to bring about the expected results. To that end we are prepared to assume a variety of roles, including consultant, facilitator, trainer, coach/mentor and catalyst.
