Annual Performance Evaluations

All full-time Georgia Southern Staff will be evaluated annually on their work performance. Performance evaluations should be used for supervisors and employees to further communicate about performance, as well as set goals, expectations and development opportunities for the coming year.

As part of the annual performance evaluation process, employees and supervisors will review the current position description. The timeline for evaluations is as follows:

January 1, 2020-December 31, 2020Time period evaluated
January 4, 2021 – January 29, 2021Employee self evaluations and position description review
January 22, 2021 – February 22, 2021Supervisor evaluations/review of position descriptions and evaluation meetings
February 26, 2021Completed and signed evaluations and position descriptions submitted to HR through a MyHelp Ticket or by emailing
