The Eagle Battalion conducts physical training, or PT, three times a week, every week throughout the semester from 6:30AM until 7:30AM. (Note that those involved with Ranger Challenge often work out four to five days of the week, as a certain higher level of physical fitness is required for the events in which they are involved.)

Cadets are assessed on the Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT). The ACFT is comprised of a three-repetition strength deadlift, standing power throw, hand release pushups, sprint-drag-carry, plank, and a two-mile run.
