East Georgia Campus Designated Public Forum Area Request

The University has designated a Public Forum area located on the East Georgia Campus. This area is available for individuals, groups or organizations not affiliated with the University System of Georgia to hold assemblies and demonstrations on campus.

Requests to reserve campus grounds for an assembly or demonstration must be submitted at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the activity. Advance notice allows the University to prevent scheduling conflicts between simultaneous or competing assemblies or demonstrations and to make appropriate arrangements for campus safety and security.

The online Designated Public Forum Area request form requires applicants to provide a contact name, address and phone number. Individuals submitting a request and those participating in an assembly or demonstration are responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable policies provided on the reservation page of our website.
