What Conference Services Does

We prepare, coordinate, and manage conferences in partnership with organizations, departments, and professional associations. For decades, Georgia Southern University’s Division of Continuing and Professional Education has successfully served thousands of conference attendees across Statesboro, Savannah, and through virtual events.

Our experienced conference services team works closely with conference chairs and planning committees from the earliest planning stages through the conclusion of your event. We provide comprehensive support for registration, logistics, budgeting, vendor coordination, and onsite management, allowing your committee to focus on delivering a successful conference experience.

Whether your event welcomes a dozen attendees or several thousand participants, we have the expertise, resources, and dedicated staff to ensure every detail is handled professionally and efficiently.
