These observations are confidential and are often paired with mid-semester student feedback sessions for a holistic view of teaching performance. Join us in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and educational excellence.The goal of an teaching observation is to provide instructors with feedback on teaching behaviors that promote student learning. Our observation reports are confidential, but you might choose to include yours in a portfolio to show growth.
For in-person or synchronous courses, you will be asked to provide a Pre-observation worksheet. A pre-observation worksheet is not requested for asynchronous online courses.
