
Faculty at Georgia Southern University are mentoring undergraduate students from around the southeast this summer as they spend 10 weeks on the Statesboro Campus conducting research as part of the CollaborativE Multidisciplinary Investigations Through Undergraduate Research Experiences (CEMITURE).

Women in Technology (WIT), an organization for the advancement of women in technological fields, has awarded $5,000 scholarships to three women at Georgia Southern University.
Four students from Georgia Southern University’s Phi Eta Sigma (PEΣ) chapter were awarded scholarships from the society’s national organization, totaling $14,000.
