Associate Dean for the College of Arts and Humanities and Professor of German, Jolyon Timothy Hughes, Ph.D., has been awarded a 2019-20 Fulbright U.S. International Education Administrators (IEA) seminar in France. Hughes is one of only 12 winners selected from a large pool of U.S. applicants. As a participant in the program, which is primarily in Paris, Hughes will take part in activities like briefings, campus visits, appointments with selected government officials, networking, cultural activities and meetings with French international education professionals. The 2019 Southeast Conference on Positive Behavior Interventions (PBIS) and Support will be held June 3 through 5, featuring five strands of targeted, evidence-based training for schools and school districts at each stage of the PBIS implementation process.
